Seminar on Artificial Intelligence and Counselling Skills held at Sacred Hearts’ Hr Pry School, Kulshekar

On 15th and 18th September 2025, Jeevandhara Social Service Trust, Kulshekara, organized seminars on Artificial Intelligence and Counselling skills for the Staff, conducted by Sr Gracy Benny and Sr Dr Mable Clara Dmello, respectively.

Sr Gracy Benny’s session aimed to create awareness and understanding of the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on its scope and applications in daily life. The session was interactive and insightful, with the speaker addressing various queries from the audience. She also demonstrated the use of AI through different apps such as Chatgpt, Canva, Gamma and Suno app.

Sr Dr Mable Clara Dmello session covered nine essential counselling techniques and stress management strategies through meditation and breathing exercises. Practical tips were shared for managing both academic and personal stress effectively.

The guests were warmly welcomed by Sr Rita Sharal, the headmistress and the event concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Teacher Sylvia and Teacher Jennifred Rodrigues
