Annual Activity Report of AUXILIUM SCHOOL – MARADIYUR – 2023-24

I am delighted to present the Annual Report of Auxilium School Maradiyur for the academic year 2023- 2024. This report encapsulates the highlights, achievements and milestones of our school community over the past year.

It is with great pleasure that I reflect on another successful year at Auxilium School. Our commitment to academic excellence. Holistic development and fostering a nurturing environment for our students remains unwavering. The life in our school begins with a well organized assembly comprised of Morning prayer, a short practical good thought shared by sisters, staff and students. This year has been marked by notable achievements, innovative initiatives and the relentless dedication of our staff and students which enabled our students to mark their proficiency in linguistic, mathematical and technological skills and secured merits.

The school had investiture ceremony on 23/06/23, instilling in them the qualities of leadership and encouraging them to be the model for others. Karate, Yoga, dance and music classes we conduct regularly and the children obtained awards at district and state level in Yoga, Karate and dance. The school conducted various competition like Reading , Rangoli, Drawing , Quiz on various subjects, clay modeling, literary competitions etc. The winners were awarded and the participants were encouraged. Periyapatna Taluk level sports was conducted in our school. Participants from 67 schools participated in it. Badminton for both Boys and Girls, Throw balls - Girls, Volley ball – girls were taken part at district level. Kiran MG took part in athletic event at state level.

School conducted various celebrations to mark the importance of various events and persons like Environment day, Fathers’ Day, Yoga & Music Day, Anti Drug Addiction day, Independence Day , Teacher’s Day, Gandhi jayanthi, Maharshi Jayanthi, Karnataka Formation day, Kanakadasa jayanthi, Christmas, Deepavali, Dasara, Girl Child Day, Human Rights day, Republic day, etc. with due importance. The staff and students of std. X had an exposure programme to various places in Uduppi on 09 th December 2023 enjoying the company each other and being in touch with nature.

The collective effort of students, staff and parents keep our campus plastic free. The students take initiatives to keep the school premises clean and green with their selfless service and grow as socially committed citizens.

Formative talks for the students as well as the staff were given periodically. Updating programmes for the teachers were provided.

With the continued support of our dedicated staff, engaged parents and enthusiastic students we are confident that we will continue to soar to the new heights of excellence in the years to come.
